Ledgers (4 volumes: 1904-1905, 1923-1929, 1937-1943) of Dr. James U. Scott, Harrisonville, Mo, showing patient accounts of medical practice. Appointment forms on veterans for the V.A. Bureau of Pensions, are in a separate folder. The papers also include a physician's record of prescriptions for intoxicating liquors, 1928-1933. Curiously, the physician record of prescriptions is form 1402, Treasury Department, United States Prohibition Service, National Prohibition Act.
